1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 92jl ("92jl," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at 92jl.org and all related services, games, features, and content provided by 92jl (collectively, the "Services").

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active 92jl account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of any bonus funds.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

Withdrawals of real-money (non-bonus) funds may be requested subject to the following conditions:

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 92jl's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws in the jurisdiction in which 92jl operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute as to their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter through the appropriate dispute resolution procedures applicable to the platform's operating jurisdiction. 92jl's decision on gaming disputes relating to game outcomes, based on server-side records, is final and binding.
